As we approach Christmas and the start of 2017, we’re beginning to reflect on a very successful 2016.
We’ve worked with some fantastic people, creating films for the Primary Careers Conference, Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment and the NHS. We’ve strengthened our relationships with schools and told their unique story through the use of beautiful visual prospectuses. On a technical note, we’ve had fun playing with slow motion, gimbals, 4K and all sorts of other filmmaking techniques!
But of course, the biggest part of 2016 has been the silent film festival. Every year the enthusiasm and talent of the children we work with surpass our expectations; this year is no exception. We’ve looked at Victorian factories, ferocious war stories, classical Egyptian myths and chocolatey adaptations. Thanks to everyone who has taken part this year and we cannot wait to see what stories will emerge in 2017.
Beneath are images from some of our favourite 2016 films and events.
